摘　　要：文章阐述了合并高等学校数字图书馆建设的基本思路 ,指出数字化信息资源建设是实现数字图书馆的核心 ,完善的互联网建设是关键。This paper sets forth the basic ideas of the constructi on of digita l libraries in merged universities: the core of the construction is the develop ment of digital information resources,while the key to it consists in the const ruction of a well-appointed internet. The paper also points out several noticeable points abo ut the construction of digital libraries at the present stage of development.
