颜料对紫外光固化涂料固化速率的影响

摘　　要：研究红、黄、蓝 3种颜料对紫外光固化涂料固化速率的影响 ,并探讨其机理。实验结果表明 ,颜料对固化速率的影响极大 ,加入少量的颜料即可使固化速率大大降低 。Effect of red,yellow and blue pigments on the curing rate of UV curing coatings was studied.The experimental results show that adding of pigments make the curing rate of coatings drop;the higher the content of pigment,the sharplier the decreasing of the curing rate of coatings;for different pigment,its effect on the curing rate of coatings is different,and the effect of yellow pigment is greatest.
