摘　　要：脂类和极性氨基酸的近红外表面增强拉曼散射研究张崇起，李勤，林书煌（首都师范大学物理系综合所北京１０００３７）ＴｈｅＮＩＲ－ＦＴ－ＳＥＲＳｏｆＡｒｏｍａｔｉｃａｎｄＵｎｃｈｒｇｅｄｐｏｌａｒＡｍｉｎｏＡｃｉｄＡｄｓｏｒｂｅｄｂｙＳｉｌｖｅｒＣｏｌｌｏｉ...Abstract The NIR-FT-SERS of aromiatic amino acid and uncharged polar amino acid adsorbed on the surface of silver particles were analvzed but the spectra were not satisfactory. After the addirion of OH^-, the character of sil-ver colloid was changed， and the quality of spectra was improved considerably-The typical example of amino acid molecule was L-phenylalariine.
