摘　　要：首先剖析了目前在中国城镇化与粮食供应、与土地占用关系方面存在的误区 ,提出中国的城镇化能否加速关键受制度性障碍因素的影响 ,必须给地方更多的发展积极性 ,靠多极增长推动中国城镇化的加速。其次 ,借鉴国际经验 ,提出目前我国城镇化进程中存在的主要矛盾是分散式的工业化形成的城镇化规模效应不显著 ,在现阶段要积极推进城镇化 ,长远和根本的就是实行彻底的。Misunderstanding between urbanization, food supply and land consumption being analyzed, this paper points out that the local initiatives should be encouraged and a multi polarized growth pattern adopted to accelerate the urbanization. Secondly, the international experience confirms the urbanization agglomeration effects are limited in China due to the dispersed industrialization strategy. Therefore it is proposed to promoted urbanization at present and the market operation be realized in future.
