摘 要:目的 筛选太白花中对主动脉血管有舒张作用、对心肌收缩力有抑制作用的有效成分。方法 采用柱色谱法分离 ,反相高效液相色谱法与细胞膜色谱法联用 ,并结合离体药理实验确定太白花中的有效成分。结果 太白花乙醚提取部位中TBH2 2和TBH2 6含有对血管细胞膜及膜受体有作用的活性成分 ;太白花石油醚提取部位中所含成分TBHG8是对心肌细胞膜及膜受体有作用的活性成分 ;太白花中含量较高的松萝酸不是对血管以及心肌细胞膜及膜受体有作用的活性成分。结论 太白花中含有对主动脉血管有舒张作用、对心肌收缩力有抑制作用的有效成分 ;OBJECTIVE: To screen the effective components of Cladonia alpestris and study the correlation between the components and pharmacological effects. METHODS: The effective component was determined by cell membrane chromatography and reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. The pharmacological actions in vitro were testified. RESULTS: The results showed that the TBH2-2 and TBH2-6 were two active parts of the TBH2 for vascul. The TBHG8 was found to be the effective component of the TBH1 for cardiac muscle. While the usnic acid was not the effective component for both the vascul and cardiac muscle. CONCLUSION: It was found the effective components for vascul and cardiac muscle in Cladonia alpestris. The retention of component on the CMC model was found to have a good correlation with pharmacological effects.
