摘  要:目的 研究颈交感神经干离断对妊娠大鼠及胎鼠的影响 ,为孕妇应用星状神经节阻滞治疗疾病提供实验及理论依据。方法 妊娠的Wistar大鼠 6 3只 ,随机分 5组 :对照组 (n =13) ,实验组 1(n =13) ,实验组 2 (n =13) (分别于孕 13d、16d行颈交感神经干离断 ) ,假手术组 1(n =12 ) ,假手术组 2 (n =12 ) (只行颈交感神经干暴露、分离 ) ,观察孕鼠及胎鼠的变化。结果 各组孕鼠饮水量、食量、尿量随妊娠天数的增加而增加 ,血压随妊娠天数的增加而略有下降 (P >0 0 5 )。胎鼠体重、身长、畸形率、死亡率、胎盘重量、直径及孕鼠血中去甲肾上腺素和游离雌三醇的含量组间也无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 在孕中期或晚期行颈交感神经干离断对孕鼠的内分泌。Objective The influence of transection of the cervical sympathetic trunk (TCST) on the normal pregnancy of rats and the growth of pups was studied,to supply the informations of experiment and theory for stellate ganglion block (SGB) to treat the pregnant women with diseases Methods Pregnant Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,control group ( n= 13),test 1 group ( n= 13),test 2 group ( n= 13)(rats underwent TCST respectively on 13 and 16 days of gestation),sham operation 1 group ( n= 12) and sham operation 2 group ( n= 12) (the rats only suffered from the exposure and separation of the cervical sympathetic trunk).The changes of pregnant rats and their pups were observed.Results Maternal food intake,fluid intake and urine volume increased with the increase of gestational day and maternal blood pressure decreased with the increase of gestational day,but there was not obvious difference amongs groups ( P> 0 05).The body weight,size,mortality and deformity rats of pups,weight and size of placentas and the contents of blood norepinephrine (NE) and free estriol (EF 3) of pregnant rats were similar in all groups ( P> 0 05).Conclusions TCST performed in the medium period or the later period of pregnancy does not have any bad influence on endocrine and antagonistic system of pregnant rats and the growth of pups. [
