密切医院行政部门与基层科室关系的体会

摘　　要：重点分析医院行政部门和业务科室两者之间的关系,并通过问卷调查找出影响两者关系的原因,通过科学的论证,采取一些有益的改进措施,进一步树立医院行政部门的威信,密切院科两级的关系,保证医院各项工作的顺利进行。In China, most of general hospitals practice two-level management by dividing the departments into administration unit arid clinical unit. It is utmost important to coordinate the relation of these two units. This article mainly analyzes the irrelation and find the causes that influence it by hospital - wide paper survey. It also explore to adopt some beneficial measures to further improve the prestige of administration departments and strengthen the links of the two units so as to guarantee that all the work progress smoothly.
