构建学科人才生长良性循环机制的几点思考

摘  要:人才建设是事业成败的关键,是医院改革和发展的前提和基础。加强学科人才建设,就要建立促进学科发展和人才成长的良性循环机制。要完善管理体制,在务实重效上下功夫:更新管理理念、明确管理职责、强化管理效益;要强化竞争机制,在优胜劣汰上作文章:建立竞岗机制、竞职机制、竞标机制;要健全激励机制,在争先创优上见成效:营造良好环境、实施政策奖励、搞好服务保障。Success or failure of talents building is an important key to the undertaking, the precondition and foundation of the reform and development of hospital. In order to strengthen construction of discipline talents, mechanism of benign cycle is set up that should promote an advance in development of discipline talents soon. We must perfect management system, work hard on the actual effect: renew the idea of management, definitude management responsibilities, and strengthen the management benefit. Competition mechanism must be strengthened, thinking deeply in choosing the superior and eliminating the inferior. Competing hillock mechanism, competing duty mechanism, and competitive bidding mechanism should be set up. Perfecting incentive mechanism, trying to be the first and building up goods or brilliant. Effective quality should be appeared: building the good medical environment, implementing reward policy and the service guarantee is done well.
