摘　　要：从医院管理的角度交接医院文化的含义、特征和功能。有利于掌握医院文化在医院管理中的意义和作用。通过个案分析,把握民营医院文化建设的基本经验和策略。同时,运用医院文化的基本理论,对民营医院进行医院文化建设提出有益的建议和意见。To hand over the meanings, characteristics and fanctions of hospital culture in the view point of hospital management is favorable to seize it's intention and role. Through ease analysis it is easy to understand the fundamental experience and strategy of culture construction of civilian-run hospital. In the same time make some proposal and suggestion to civilian-run hospital according to its fundamental principles.
