摘　　要：肥胖基因蛋白 (Leptin简称Lep)是由肥胖基因 (OB基因 )编码并由脂肪细胞分泌的一种蛋白质 ,它是脂肪细胞传递大脑有关脂肪组织储存能量情况的信号 ,能减少能量摄取 ,增加能量消耗 ,抑制脂肪合成 ,从而达到减肥目的。另外 ,该药耐受性好 ,无系统或局部反应 。Leptin is a kind of protein coded by obesity gene and secreted by fat cells. As is well known, it is signals that fat cells inform fat tissues related to brain to store energy, it reduces the uptake of energy, increases energy consumption, restrain the synthesis of fat, so as to control obesity. Furthermore, this drug has good tolerance, it has no systematic or local reactions, and it has no apparent adverse reaction.
