摘　　要：目的　探讨睾丸切除术对血清 β 淀粉样蛋白 (Aβ)的影响。 方法　选择 45只 3年老龄健康雄性兔 ,实验组 3 0只切除双侧睾丸 ,对照组 15只行开腹、关腹术。分时间段对实验组、对照组取外周静脉血 ,用放射免疫方法监测Aβ水平的变化。 结果　术前Aβ为 (2 2 5± 1 2 )ng/ml,实验组术后Aβ上升明显 ,术后 5周达最高峰(76 1± 2 8)ng/ml,以后逐渐下降 ,术后半年仍明显高于术前水平 (5 0 2± 2 7)ng/ml;对照组假手术对Aβ几乎无影响。结论　雄激素对Aβ生成或降解有影响 。Objective Study the influence of orchiectomy on β amyloid (Aβ).Methods Select 45 healthy male rabbits aged 3 years.In lab group,the bilateral testicles of 30 rabbits were excised.In control group,15 rabbits underwent a simple pseudo operation of abdomen.Then the peripheral vein blood from each group was taken just in time,using the radioimmunotechnique to detect the Aβ level changes.Results The level (22 5±1 2) ng/ml preoperatively.The lab group got an obvious Aβ rise after operation and the value of Aβ reached the peak on the 5th week (76 1±2 8) ng/ml,then the value gradually dropped.But the Aβ value was still higher than that of preoperation after half a year (50 2±2 7) ng/ml.In control group,the Aβ level remained unchanged.Conclusion Androgens influence Aβ′s production and degradation,this may result from the decreased formation of estrogens.
