摘　　要：科技成果转化作为科技工作的落脚点和社会进步的根本,是实现科技经济一体化最重要的途径。农业高校拥有强大的人才和技术优势,在加速科技成果转化进程中,具有不可替代的作用,引起各级政府和国家的高度重视。本文通过分析农业科技成果转化面临的形势与任务,结合其存在的难点因素,进一步探索促进科技成果转化的思路与办法。As the basis of technological research and social development, the transformation of technological achievement is an important way in realizing the integration of economy and technology. The agricultural universities have great advantages in talents and technology. In the process of urging the transformation, they are playing a unique role, thus are greatly concerned by leaders at different levels. This paper further explores the thoughts and methods in transformation, by analyzing the situations and tasks they confronts, combining the difficult aspects that exist.
