摘　　要：研究生教育的发展关系到高层次创新人才的培养,为确保研究生的培养质量,必须加强对研究生教育过程的规范化管理,特别是抓好导师队伍建设、研究生中期综合考核、学位论文的评审与答辩及研究生教育质量监控评估制度的健全与实施等关键环节,以实现预定的培养目标。The development of graduate education is related to the cultivation of higher-level innovative talents. To ensure the quality of graduates, we must emphasize the normal management of graduate education, especially the construction of inspectors, semi-term examination, the evaluation and defense of thesis, the perfection of the monitoring and evaluation system of the education quality. The cultivation goal is attained by these ways.
