摘　　要：高科技产业化对于我国经济发展具有重大意义 ,为促进我国高科技产业化 ,必须注重传统产业和高新技术产业的协调发展 ;实施技术引进与自主创新有所侧重的“两步走”战略 ;充分发挥政府在高新技术产业化过程中的启动、引导、协调、规范作用 ;The production of hi sci tech plays an important role in economic development in China.In order to promote production of hi sci tech in China,we must pay attention to harmonious development between traditional production and hi sci tech production,implement 'two step' strategy including importing technology and indepondent innovation,fully bring governments function into play in promotion,guidance adjustment and modeling in the course of hi sci tech production,actively foster innovatory main body of hi sci tech production actively foster innovatory main body of hi sci tech production,and develop international cooperation and exchanges in hi sci production,and develop international cooperation and exchanges in hi sci tech production,and develop international cooperation and exchanges in hi sci tech research and exploration.
