摘　　要：本文对产学研合作程度、方式和组织三个层面的多元模式进行比较分析 ,指出这三个层面的多元模式各有利弊、优劣 ,提出四川产学研合作应构建多元化、高层次的模式 。This article compares and analyzes the extent, mode, and organization of multi unit mode of the cooperation of the producing, teaching and researching.The author points out the advantages and disadvantages of this cooperation, and further brings forward his version of constructing a higher level of cooperation and the approach of fully advancing this cooperation.
