摘　　要：关系网的核心内涵就是利用关系循私枉法,其运行的基本原则是无原则的利益交换原则,其发生与生存的社会基础是人治,所有这些都决定了关系网具有极大的社会危害,所以,我们必须走出关系网,而走出关系网的关键是实现人治向法治的彻底转换。The article thinks that the key connotation of ' the relation net' is to use the relation for following the private and abusing law; That social base of 'the relation net'is person's politics. All these of the 'relation net' seriously have seriously endangered the society, so we must go out of the 'relation net', but the key to be out of the ' relation net' is to realize the change from person's politics to law politics.
