摘　　要：介绍了桑塔纳轿车扣锁注塑模的设计,根据制品的形状特征和外观要求,模具采用了推板和顶杆联合顶出脱模的两板式、侧面进浇的平缝式浇口结构;由于制件带有铝合金的金属嵌件,因此,在动模型芯中的顶出系统设有弹簧先行复位机构,以保证合模前能将镶块顺利地放入,合模后才可进行注射成型。The injection mold for Santana car buckle lock is introduced. According to the product structural characteristics and appearance requirement, two-plate mold that uses both stripper plate and knockout pins to eject should be adopted. In addition, as there is an aluminum-alloy insert in this plastic part. The leading spring reset mechanism is designed in the ejection system of the moving mold core to ensure the insert block putting in successfully before clamping and the injection molding carrying out after clamping.
