对高电压试验技术标准修订的分析

摘　　要：分析了湿度测量不经过气压订正将会造成的误差;高相对湿度下外绝缘放电电压下降的原因以及目前采用的测量水电阻率的条件和允许偏差所造成的误差,并以上述分析为依据,对国家标准GB311—83《高电压试验技术》提出了修改建议。The paper analyses the error due to the humidity measurement in which atmospheric pressure is not corrected, the causes of the reduction of axternal insulation disruptive voltage under high relative humidity and the error caused by the conditions and the allowable deviation used at present in water-resistor resistivity measurement. On the basis of the above analysis, amendment suggestions are given to the national standard GB311-33:High-voltage Test Technique.
