摘　　要：采用20%发烟硫酸磺化法合成了1,5 萘二磺酸,探讨了反应时间、反应温度、配比对产品收率的影响,找到了合成1,5-萘二磺酸的最佳工艺条件.结果发现,不同因素对产品1,5 萘二磺酸收率的影响大小次序为:温度>发烟硫酸浓度>配比>反应时间.最佳工艺条件为:反应温度25℃,摩尔比萘:SO3=1∶3,反应时间10h,1,5 萘二磺酸的收率为58%.1,5Naphthalenedisulfonic acid has been synthesized by treating naphthalene with oleum.Several reaction conditions,such as ratio of naphthalene to SO3,reaction time and temperature,were discussed.The optimal condition has been determined.It is shown that the affecting strength of diffrent factors the is temperature>the concetration of oleum>the molar ratio of aphthalene to SO3>rection time and the optimum condition for preparing 1,5naphthalenedisulfonic acid is the temperature:25℃,the molar ratio of SO3 to naphthalene:3,the concetration of oleum:20% and rection time:10 h,the yield of 1,5naphthalenedisulfonic acid is 58%.
