高散射介质中非线性光学二次谐波成像

摘　　要：采用量子力学处理场与物质相互作用的方法 ,分析了高斯聚焦激光在高散射介质中非线性光学二次谐波的基本原理 ,得到了描述生物组织中SHG的特征方程 采用蒙特卡罗方法 ,根据散射因子与介质的散射系数关系 ,模拟了高散射层状生物介质及其成像 并利用SHG随进入样品后深度的变化曲线 ,得到了补偿的图像 还给出了鸡的肌肉组织中 ,SHG成像的实验结果 。Nonlinear optical second harmonic (SH )imaging through a highly scattering medium hasatt racted considerableattentionbecauseofitshighresolution ,nobleachingandpotentialapplications .Inrecentyears,thereis alotofreportsinthisresearchfieldandinmostofwhichtheplanarwaveapproximationhasbeenusedineithertheo reticalderivationorexperimentalmeasurements. Inthispaper,theinteractionbetweenlaserandbio tissue (ahighlyscatteringmedium)hasbeenstudied ,the behaviorofthesecondharmonicimagingatdifferentdepthhasbeendescribed ,thecharacteristicsofSHimaging throughahighscatteringmediumisanalyzedbyuseoftheMonteCarlotechnique ,andtheexperimentalSHimaginghasbeenshown .
