摘 要:以硝酸铋和钼酸铵为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法和微波加热技术制备了Bi2Mo3O12纳米微粒催化剂,使用XRD、TEM以及BET比表面测试等技术对催化剂进行了表征.研究了Bi2Mo3O12纳米微粒对苯酚-过氧化氢羟基化反应的催化活性,探讨了H2O2/phOH摩尔比、反应介质、反应温度以及反应体系pH等对苯酚羟基化反应活性的影响.实验结果表明:所制备的样品为白钨矿型纳米微粒,粒子的比表面积为68.8m2/g,粒径约为12nm.在所选定的反应条件下,苯酚的转化率达50.3%,苯二酚的产率为49.9%.A novel catalyst,Bi2Mo3O12, for hydroxylation of phenol with hydrogen peroxide was prepared from gel precursor on heating in microwave oven. The precursor was obtained from Bi(NO3)3 and (NH4)6Mo7O24 in citric acid .The Bi2Mo3O12 ultrafine particle catalyst was characterized by using XRD, TEM and BET surface area measurement methods. The hydroxylation of phenol with H2O2 over the sample and the reaction parameters were studied in detail. The experimental results show that the product is scheelite type structure nanoparticle, the BET surface area is 68.8 m2/g, and the size is 12 nm. When water is used as solvent,n(H2O2)/n(phOH)=1.0, reaction temperature=343 K, pH=7.0, reaction time=4 h, phenol conversion and yield of diphenol is 50.3% and 49.9% respectively.
