摘 要:用过渡金属及稀土化合物对高耐磨炭黑(N330)进行表面改性,探讨提高高耐磨炭黑填充型粉末丁苯橡胶(SBR)硫化胶的力学性能.结果表明,用Co(OH)3/NH4OH及铈化合物对N330进行表面改性后,能显著提高其硫化胶的300%定伸应力.拉伸断面形貌的SEM分析表明,N330经Co(OH)3/NH4OH及铈化合物改性后,其在SBR基体中的分散良好,界面粘合牢固.The surface of high anti-abrasion carbon black(N330) was modified by some transition-metals or rare earth compounds, effect on the mechanical properties of N330 filled SBR powder vulcanized rubber was investigated. The results showed that after N330 was modified by Co(OH)3/NH4OH and cerium compounds, 300% stretching stress of the vulcanized rubber was increased notable. The surface morphology of tensile fracture analyzed by SEM showed that after N330 modified by Co(OH)3/NH4OH and cerium compounds, it was dispersed uniformly in SBR matrix and the interfaces adhered very tightly.
