摘  要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像技术的应用和临床价值。材料和方法:对32例(包括3例冠状动脉搭桥术后和1例冠状动脉成形术及支架置人术后病人)进行了MSCT冠状动脉成像检查,并进行CT图像重建后处理,重建出各主要血管,对冠状动脉搭桥术后的病人重建出桥血管及含支架血管。分析MSCT对冠状动脉的显示能力,并分析是否有管壁钙化和软性斑块,评价管腔狭窄及其程度。对桥血管和支架的显示及通畅性进行评价。结果:MSCT冠状动脉成像对冠状动脉近中段显示清晰,显示率达90%以上;对冠状动脉钙化和软性斑块显示良好,对冠状动脉狭窄显示较佳。7根搭桥血管其中有1根可见约75%~90%的狭窄,其余均通畅,支架显示良好。结论:MSCT冠状动脉成像可作为冠状动脉粥样硬化疾患筛选手段,对血管搭桥术和支架放置并进行术后评价有很高的价值。Purpose: To investigate the application and clinical value of MSCT coronary artery imaging Retrospectively techniquesCContrast - Enhanced, Electrocardiographically - Gated, MSCT) .Materials and Methods: 32 cases of patientsGncluding 3 cases of coronary artery bypass graft operation and 1 case of coronary artery angioplasty and vessel stent) were examined with MSCT coronary artery imaging. CT images were reformatted to show the main coronary artery vessels and graft. Stent vessels were reformatted in the coronary artery bypass graft patients. The coronary artery vessels displaying ability of MSCT was analyzed. Whether there are calcifications and vulnerable plaques in vessel walls were analyzed either. Vessel stenosis, its degree as well as the patency of by pass graft and stent were evaluated. Results: MSCT could show the middle part of coronary artery vessels clearly, the displaying rate reaches over 90% .It shows a good method in displaying coronary artery calcification, vulnerable plaques and coronary artery stenosis. In our example one of the seven graft were revealed about 75 % - 90 % stenosis, others show patency. Conclusion: MSCT coronary artery imaging could be used to filter coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. It has high value in the evaluation of post - operation as well as graft vessel and stent.
