摘  要:目的:探讨超声引导乳腺病灶微创切除术的可行性与应用价值。材料和方法:对64例82处乳腺病灶进行了超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切术。所有病例均行超声术前诊断、定位,术中引导旋切刀刺入并监测切割过程,术后明确病灶被全部切除。结果:64例82处乳腺病灶全部行Mammotome微创旋切切除,术后超声证实病灶消失,近期随访除2例局部发现小血肿外,无其他并发症。结论:超声能检出0.5cm左右的乳腺病灶,在Mammo-tome微创旋切系统进行乳腺病灶微创旋切术时,能准确定位并引导旋切刀进行切割,最后确信病灶被完全切除。Purpose: Evaluation of applications for ultrasound guided Manunotome minimally invasive operation of breast lesions.Materials and Methods: 82 breast lesions in 64 patients were performed by ultrasound guided Mammotome system. Intraoperative ultrasound was used to localize the lesions, guide the entrance of needle, inspect the excision process, and finally make sure the lesion was completely removed. Results: Complete removal of the lesion in all patients by Mammotome system. No other complications resulted except tow cases of small hematoma after operation. Conclusion:Utrasound can detected breast lesions minimized to 0. 5cm. During the interventional ultrasound of breast, ultrasound can not only localize the lesions accurately, but also evaluate the results of the medical treatment.
