摘　　要：目的　通过调查了解 1999～ 2 0 0 1年云南省医疗卫生机构性传播疾病 (STD) /艾滋病 (AIDS)专业培训情况和需求 ,为制定培训计划提供依据。方法　 2 0 0 1年 8月分层随机抽取 64家医疗卫生机构发放调查问卷 ,使用EPIinfo软件进行分析。结果　 2 6家接受过AIDS专业培训 ( 40 6% ) ,16家接受过STD专业培训 ( 2 5 0 % )。AIDS专业受训率省级 10 0 0 % ,地区级 81 8% ,县级 47 4% ,乡级 13 3 % ;STD专业受训率省级 10 0 0 % ,地区级5 4 5 % ,县级 2 6 3 % ,乡级 3 3 % ;项目县受训率 5 7 1% ,非项目县 14 7%。培训需求上 ,除县级卫生防疫机构外 ,各级医疗卫生机构最想获得的知识是临床诊断和治疗 ,占 92 3 %～ 10 0 0 %。乡级、非项目县和个体医生最想获得基本知识。结论　基层医务人员基础知识普及是云南省STD/AIDS专业培训的工作重点 ,开展培训应针对不同层次、机构。Objective To understand the situation and needs for STD/AIDS professional trainings in medical institutions in Yunnan from 1999 to 2001.Method To select randomly 64 medical units at different levels and survey them with questionnaires in August, 2001.The data were analyzed with EPIINFO.Result The AIDS training rate at the provincial level was 100.0% which was higher than at prefecture(81.8%),county(47.4%)and township(13.3%)levels.The STD training rate at the provincial level was 100.0%,which was higher than at prefecture(54.5%),county(26.3%)and township(3.3%)levels.The training rate in project counties(57.1%)was higher than that in non-project counties(14.7%).For anti-epidemic stations and medical units at various levels,the training needs were for clinical treatment(92.3%-100.0%)and for townships and non-project counties and private doctors,the needs were for basic knowledge.Conclusion It is necessary and feasible that in 2005,more than 95% of hospitals at the county(city)level in Yunnan will provide AIDS care services with the help of UK-China project.Dissemination of AIDS basic knowledge among health workers at grossroots is the focus of STD/AIDS professional training in Yunnan.Different training courses and methods should be targeted to trainees with different needs and professions,and at different levels and working units.
