摘　　要：目的 :探讨小心脏综合征 (SHS)的X线诊断。方法 :对 5 0例SHS患者进行X线胸部远达后前位平片 ,与对照组对比观察肺血改变。结果 :SHS的右下肺动脉干直径 ,两侧肺门距中线距离之和明显小于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :肺血管影改变是诊断SHS的又一重要指征 。Objective:To explore the X-ray diagnosis of small heart syndrome(SHS).Methods:With P-A position chest plain films taken in 50 cases in a distance of 200 cm and compared with the control group,changes in lung blood was observed.Results:The diameter right lower pulmonary trunk in SHS and the sum of the distance between both hilus and the middle line is significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The change in lung blood is a key factor in diagnosis of SHS and provide full basis for prevention and treatment of SHS.
