摘 要:容积敏感性氯通道普遍存在于哺乳动物细胞 ,对维持细胞容积平衡、调节细胞电活动等多种生理功能发挥重要作用。ClC 3作为可能编码ICl.swell的基因 ,受到广泛关注。本文就近年来对ClC 3氯通道在通道特点。Volume-sensitive chloride channels are now known to be ubiquitously present in mammalian cells. They are required for the regulation of cell volume, electrical activity and so on. ClC-3 is studied as a most likely candidate to encode a volume-sensitive chloride channels in the hands of several groups. The review is supposed to provide a broad overview of progress in the recent years, including the characterization of the channel, their presumed physiological roles, the regulation mechanism of ClC-3 chloride channel, etc.
