摘  要:目的 探讨螺旋藻 (SP)抗电离辐射损伤作用。方法 按体重将 16 2只昆明种小鼠随机分为 9个组 ,每组 18只 ,即阴性对照组和 4Gy 与 7Gy 照射组 ,每一照射组又各设阳性对照组和 4 0 0 ,80 0 ,12 0 0mg/kg3个给药物组。给药组灌胃SP ,对照组则灌胃蒸馏水 ,灌胃后第 8天照射。灌胃后第 7天、照射后 4h、照射后第 7天各杀一批小鼠 ,测定血象、红细胞SOD活力等指标。结果 照射后白细胞、血小板呈下降趋势 ,给药组WBC均高于阳性对照组 ,对Hb影响不大 ;红细胞SOD活力照射后 4h升高 ,照射后第 7天降低。照射后血象与红细胞SOD活力呈正相关。结论 SP对辐射所致血象改变有保护作用 ,其作用可能是通过提高内源性SOD的活力来对抗辐射所致的氧化损伤 。Objective To explore anti radiation effect of spirilina platensis(SP)on micc.Methods 162 Kunming mice were divided into 9 groups according their body weights,negative control group, 4 Gy and 7 Gy radiation groups,and a positive control group and 3 SP groups ( 400 mg/kg , 800 mg/kg and 1 200 mg/kg respectively)were included in each radiation group.Mice in SP groups and control group were administered with SP and distilled water into stomachs respectively.SP groups were radiated at the 8 th day.Mice in each group were sacrificed at the 7 th day after administered with SP, 4 h and 7 th day after radiation respectively;meanwhile,blood count,and SOD activity of RBC were measured.Results It was found that after radiation,WBC and platelet tended to decrease,WBC in SP groups was higher than that in positive control group.Hb showed no significant difference.For SOD activity,it increased after radiated for 4 hours but decreased at 7 th day after radiation.After radiation,a positive correlation existed between the blood picture and SOD activity.Conclusions SP might have protective effect from radiation on blood count by increasing SOD activity of RBC.
