摘 要:碟簧垫圈的使用及其摩擦阻尼引起的内耗,使螺栓连接中被连接件获得在加载和卸载过程分离的特性。同时,连接元件的随动性下降,发生变形滞后于受力的非同步现象,形成交变载荷作用下的动态刚度。此二重要因素是螺栓连接疲劳强度提高的实质原因。本文对传统上弹性元件在螺栓连接中作用机理的认识是一个重要的修正,对机械工程设计具有重要的导向作用。The application of disc spring washer andthe internal consumption caused by its friction-al damping brings about characteristics of se-paration between connected parts in loadingand unloading process of the bolt connection.At the same time the following ability of con-necting parts decreases, an asynchronous pheno-menon in which deformation lays behind act-ing force occurs, and a dynamic rigidity underalternate loading is produced. These two im-portant factors are the substantive reason for theincrease of fatigue strength in bolt connectionThis paper is a major revision to the tradition-al knowledge of the behavior of elestic com-ponents in bolt connection, and provides impor-tant guidance for construction machinery de-sing.
