农村生殖道感染妇女求医行为及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的　了解农村生殖道感染妇女求医行为及其影响因素 ,为干预提供依据。方法　采用整群抽样的方法 ,抽取成都市新都区和攀枝花市总发乡的已婚妇女共 2 70 0名 ,进行问卷调查和常规妇科检查。结果　 2 0 68名农村妇女主述最近半年出现过至少 1项与生殖道感染有关的症状 ,症状出现率为 76 6%。经常出现的症状为 :白带异常、腰酸、外阴瘙痒、下腹疼痛。经Logistic回归分析 ,丈夫的职业、怀孕及安环时是否出现过生殖道感染症状、性生活后是否清洗下身、是否在性生活中使用过避孕套以及是否曾经在医院诊断过妇科炎症是生殖道感染妇女求医行为的影响因素。结论　农村妇女生殖道感染患病率高 ,但求医率低。为了提高农村妇女的生殖健康水平 ,有必要开展健康教育以提高农村妇女自身的认知水平 ,加强农村妇女对生殖道感染及其危害性的认识 。Objective To understand the hospitalize behavior and its influential factors of rural reproductive tract infections (RTIs) women and to provide a reference basis for intervention.Methods A total of 2700 married women were investigated and examined through cluster sampling.Results A total of 2068 rural women reputed personally that they had appeared not less than one symptom of reproductive tractor infections (RTIs)in lately half a year and the prevalence rate was 76.6%.The symptoms that often appeared in the rural women included:leucorrhoea abnormity,lumbago,pudendum itch and lower abdomen ache.The influential factors of the hospitalize behavior included:husband's occupation,whether or not had appeared symptom of RTIs when pregnancy or setting contraception ring,whether or not had cleaned private parts and used condom in the sex living and whether or not had ever been diagnosed genital inflammation in hospitals.Conclusions RTIs sprevalence rate of the rural married women was high,but the rate of hospitalize was low.In order to improve the reproductive health level of the rural women,it is necessary to carry out health education to improve their cognition level of reproductive tract infections(RTIs)and give up their bad health-related behaviors。
