载脂蛋白A1、免疫球蛋白与胆囊胆固醇结石形成的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨抑成核因子载脂蛋白A1 (apoA1 )、促成核因子免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG与胆囊胆固醇结石形成的关系。方法收集 4 0例胆囊结石患者血清、胆石和 2 0例对照组血清。测定血清apoA1、IgA、IgM、IgG、胆固醇 (TC)和甘油三脂 (TG)含量。胆石用快速化学定性法分类。结果胆囊结石3组中apoA1均增高 ,CS组中TC、TG、IgA及IgM增高。apoA1与IgA呈正相关 ,与IgG及IgM不相关。结论在胆囊胆固醇结石的形成过程中IgA、IgM的成石作用可能比IgG更为重要 。Objective To investigate the relationship among apoA1,immunoglobulin IgA,IgM,IgG and cholesterol gallstone formation.Methods Serum and gallstone samples were obtained from 40 patients with gallstone,and control serum samples were obtained from 20 patients.ApoA1,IgA,IgM,IgG,total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) in serum were measured.Gallstone was classified by its chemical character.Results Increased apoA1 was showed in the three groups of gallstone,increased TC,TG,IgA and IgM were showed in the CS group,compared with those in the control group.ApoA1 in serum was positively correlated with IgA, but no significant correlation was found among serum apoA1,IgG and IgM.Conclusions IgA,IgM may have more important effect on cholesterol gallstone formation than IgG.Apolipoprotein A1 and IgA may have interaction on the process of cholesterol gallstone formation.
