摘  要:目的 :研究人工心瓣膜患者脑动脉微栓子信号 (MES)的数量及相对强度与凝血活性的相关性。方法 :采用双门深经颅多普勒 (TCD)检测人工心瓣膜患者脑动脉MES ,同时检测患者凝血酶原时间国际通用比值 (INR) ,观察MES数量及相对强度与INR的相关性。结果 :MES阳性发现率 83 33% (2 5 30 ) ,MES出现频率 0~ 4 0 4 (中位数 4 0 )个 h ,MES平均相对强度 11~ 38(2 3 6 3±5 13)dB。INR1 12~ 3 5 1(1 95± 0 6 9)。MES数量及相对强度与INR无相关性。结论 :人工心瓣膜患者脑动脉MES与凝血活性无关 。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the number and relative intensity of cerebral arterial microembolic signals(MES) and the coagulation activity in patients mechanical heart valves.Methods:Bigated transcranial Doppler(TCD) was used to detect the MES.The international normalized ratio(INR) of prothrombin time was measured simultaneously.The correlation between the number and relative intensity of MES and the INR were analyzed.Results:The MES was detected in 83 33%(25/31) patients.MES frequency was 0~404(median 40)/hour.MES mean relatative intensity was 11~38(23 83±5 23)dB.INR was 1 12~3 51(1 96±0 69).No correlation between the number and relative intensity of MES and the INR was found.Conclusion:The lack of correlation between the number and relative intensity of MES and the coagulation activity of patients with mechanical heart valves suggested that the embolic material in these patiens is not thrombotic.
