老年人腹腔镜与剖腹胆囊切除术的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的 :比较老年人胆囊良性疾病行腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)与剖腹胆囊切除术 (OC)的临床效果。方法 :对 1992年 5月～ 2 0 0 2年 5月我科收治的 6 0岁以上的老年病人行LC112例与同期行OC4 8例的临床资料进行回顾性分析、对比。结果 :两组病人均无手术死亡及发生严重并发症 ,但LC组平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率、肠功能恢复时间以及术后平均住院天数均较OC组低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :LC创伤小、恢复快、安全可靠 ,疗效明显优于OC 。Objective:To compare the clinical values between laparoscopic choleccystectomy (LC) and open choleccystectomy(OC).Methods:From May 1992 through May 2002,160 patients with aged 60 years or older underwent cholecystecyomy were investigated,they were divided into two groups:group LC(n=112) was performed under laparoscopic procedure,group OC(n=48) in the open procedure.Results:Compared with the OC group,the nean average operation time,blood lost,the peristaltic sound recovery time and the length of postoperative stay in the LC group were much less(p<0 05 or p<0 01).In group LC there were 5 patients converted to open procedure.There was no serious postoperative complications and no death in both groups.Conclusions:LC is an effective,safe and minimally invasive operation,and it is superior to OC for the old people.
