摘　　要：目的 :探讨腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部组织缺损的方法。方法 :用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣对 5例足底、足跟、踝、跟腱软组织及骨组织缺损的病例进行修复。结果 :设计皮瓣最大为 13cm× 8cm ,蒂最长 12cm ,5例皮瓣均生长良好 ,无明显臃肿 ,外观及功能满意。结论 :腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣是修复足踝部组织缺损的理想方法。Objective:To investigate the method of distal based sural neurovascular flap for repair of foot defect.Methods:The flaps were used in 5 cases to repair the soft and bone tissue defect in sole,heel,mallelous and achilles tendon.Results:The maximum size of the flap was 13cm×8cm,and the longest pedical was 12cm.5 cases all survived completely.Their appearance and function were satisfactory.Conclusions:The sural nerve nutrition blood vessel flap is an ideal flap for repairing the feet defect.
