摘　　要：该文以河北平原(京津以南地区)为例,说明在水资源紧缺地区如何发挥有限水资源量的效益。论文分析了该地区的经济特点,建立起投入产出——水资源经济管理模型,明确地论述了水资源规划与宏观经济控制问题的研究内容和方法。The Way how to elaborate the benefit of limited water resources in district where water resources are in shortage is des(?)ribed herein by taking plain in Hebei province (area in the south part of Beijing and Tianjin) as an example. Economic features of that district are also analyzed in this paper. Model of economic management for water resources is established and water resources planning and contents and methods for research of macroeconomic control are expounded.
