单侧突发性聋伴或不伴眩晕与听力的关系临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨突发性聋伴或不伴眩晕与预后的相关性。方法　 176例单侧耳突发性聋 ,治疗前病程在 10d以内 ,同一治疗方案及疗程 ,观察伴或不伴眩晕患者的疗效。结果　突发性聋伴眩晕者多表现为重度或高频听力损失 ,此两组听力损失型伴或不伴眩晕疗效均不满意 ,而不伴眩晕者多表现为低频或平坦型听力损失 ,且大多可以获得满意疗效。结论　突发性聋伴或不伴眩晕与预后无相关性 。Objective To investigate the relativity of prognosis of sudden deafness with and without vertigo. Methods We observed 176 cases of sudden deafness patients who were treated by the same program and course. Results Most of sudden deafness patients with vertigo were serious deafness or high frequency hearing loss. The effect of the group was not well. However, the sudden deafness of patients without vertigo were low frequency hearing loss, and the hearing curve was flat. The effect of this group was well. Conclusion The prognosis of sudden deafness is not related to vertigo, but the effect is closely related to the style of it's hearing curve.
