冰香膏及中药熏洗治疗扭伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察冰香膏外敷及中药熏洗治疗关节扭伤的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将就诊患者分为2组,治疗组采用冰香膏外敷及中药熏洗治疗25例;对照组口服伤泰胶囊及麝香追风膏外敷治疗25例。疗程均为6天。结果:治疗组总有效100%,显效率80%,不良反应发生率4%;对照组总有效率100%,显效率44%,不良反应发生率28%,两组显效率经R检验P<0.05,具有显著性差异,治疗组明显优于对照组。不良反应发生率经X2检验P>0.05,无显著性差异。结论:应用冰香膏敷及中药熏洗治疗关节扭伤效果显著。Objective To observe the joint that Bing -Xiang ointment external application and C hinese herbal medicine fume washing from the clini cal effect and the safety to cure cont usion and sprain.Methods50cases of contusion and sprain were divided in to 2groups,the pilot group(25patients)uses the bing -xiang ointment extern al application and Chinese herbal medi cine fume ;and the control group(25patients)takes orallies the Shang -tai capsule and the She -Xiang Zhui Feng p laster for the external application treatment.The treatment time is all for 6days.Results In pilot group total validity rate is100%and evidence validity rate is 80%and side -effect occurrence rate is 4%;The control group the tota l validity rate is 100%and evidence v alidity rate is 44%and side -effect occurrence rate is 28%.The two group evidence validity rate to was examin ed by R the P <0.05,and showed sig-nificant difference.The pilot grou p is obviously better than the contro l group.side -effect the occurrence rate by the P>0.05and it has not showed signific ant difference.Conclusions Using Bing -Xiang ointment external application and Chinese herbal medicine fume washing to cure contusion and sprain may achieve markable effect.
