健康教育与出院病员卫生服务需求调查

摘　　要：目的:针对出院病员了解出院后健康教育与卫生服务需求,延伸住院医疗保健服务。方法:由社区医护人员发放调查表548份,对出院病员开展现场问卷调查,无回答行为能力的病员由亲属代答,并进行统计分析研究。结果:回收调查表548份,回收率100%,有效问卷548份,正确回答率100%。72.3%出院病员表明有健康教育卫生保健需求,其中:健康教育、上门护理、家庭医生是最需要的服务。结论:出院病员的健康教育卫生服务需求问卷调查能为探索出院后健康教育、健康促进的模式提供依据。objective After finding out that the patients discharged fromhospital have the dem and of health service,the medical service should be extend ed.Methods548pieces of investigating forms have been issued to the patients Those who lost the ability to answer w ould be helped by their relatives,me anwhile analysis and study will be done.Results All the forms have been taken back wit h the rate of 100%,and all the questio nnaire are valid.It is proved that72.3%of the patients require health education and health protection.He alth education,family nursing and f amily doctor are deadly needed.Conclusion The investigation of the demands of health education and health service will provide the scientific basis for exp loring the pattern of health educati on and health promoting.
