摘　　要：目的 :探讨灵芝对癫痫大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :通过戊四氮 (PTZ)腹腔注射诱发癫痫鼠模型 ,将模型鼠随机分为苯妥英钠组、灵芝组和盐水组。另设正常对照组。分别给予相应药物治疗 ,2 0 d后 ,各组动物取血 ,进行红细胞免疫功能测定 ,血清补体测定。结果 :灵芝组红细胞免疫功能提高 ,血清补体合成增加。结论Objective: To expore the effects of Lingzhi on the immunologic function of the rats seizures.Methods:Using eoileptic rats model induced by PTZ,the rats of model group are divided into three groups (Lingzhi group,dilantin group,saline group) and control group.20 days after injected with arresponding medicine,blood was collected to detect the immunologic function of erythrocyte and serum complement.Results:Lingzhi can improve the immunologic function of erythrocyte and increase the synthesis of complements.Conclusion:It is a good medcine in treating seizures.
