摘  要:目的 :观察不同浓度的紫草大黄合剂对四氯化碳 (CCl4 )致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 :采用腹腔注射 CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤为模型 ,测定高低剂量的紫草大黄合剂对肝损伤 AL T、AST值 ,同时对肝组织进行病理组织学检查。结果 :高剂量紫草大黄合剂同联苯双酯一样能够明显降低 CCl4 致小鼠肝损伤血清 AL T、AST值升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,减轻 CCl4 对肝脏细胞的病理损伤。结论 :紫草大黄合剂对 CCl4Objective: To observe the protective effect of the Zicaodahuang mixture of different concentration on liver injury by CCl 4 .Methods:The model of liver injury caused by CCl 4 was used and measured the levels of ALT and AST of high and low dosis Zicaodahuang mixture to liver injury.ALT and AST levels were measured in liver injury caused by Zicaodahuang mixture at higher or lower dose,and histopathology of the liver was observed.Results: Zicaodahuang mixture,just like Lianbenshuangzhi,could decreased serum ALT and AST (P<0.01) in liver injury in mice caused by CCl 4 and decrease the histopathological injury of CCl 4 to liver.Conclusion:Zicaodahuang mixture had obviously protective effects on experimental liver injury in mice.
