摘　　要：目的 :探讨彩色多普勒对小儿睾丸扭转的诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析了 12例小儿睾丸扭转的超声诊断结果。结果 :经彩色多普勒正确诊断小儿睾丸扭转 11例 ,误诊为急性睾丸炎 1例。结论 :彩色多普勒在小儿睾丸扭转的诊断中发挥重要作用 ,能为临床提供及时。Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis of torsion of testicle in children with colour Doppler flow imaging. Methods :Diagnosis accuracy of torsion of testicle were analysed systematically . Results:Eleven cases were accuratly diagnosed. One was misdiagnosed as acute testitis. The coincidence rate was 91.7%. Conclusion:Colour Doppler flow imaging plays an important role in diagnosis of torsion of testicle in children,which can offer timely and correct information for clinical treatment.
