摘　　要：本文讨论了定数截尾寿命试验威布尔分布的统计分析问题,在平方损失下,导出了三参数威布尔分布参数,可靠度和失效率的Baycs估计。In this paper, we have given the Bayes statistical analysis of wcibull distribution from life test of type II censoring case. Under the condition of squares loss, we obtain Baycs estimates of the parameters, reliability function and hazard rate for the 3-parameter Weibull distribution.
