摘  要:采用稀土配位催化剂研究了马来酸酐、苯乙烯和N 苯基马来酰亚胺的三元共聚合反应 .考察了Al La物质的量的比、不同稀土元素、催化剂浓度、聚合反应时间、单体配比等因素对共聚合反应的影响 .利用核磁、红外。Terpolymerization of maleic anhydride, styrene and N-phenylmaleimide was studied using rare earth coordination catalysts in toluene at 50degreesC. The dependence of terpolymerization on molar ration of catalyst components, different rare earth element, catalyst concentration, polymerization time and molar ratio of monomers was investigated in detail. Results showed that rare earth coordination catalysts were favorable catalysts for the terpolymerization of maleic anhydride, styrene and N-phenylmaleimide. A suitable condition for terpolymerization was as followed: Ln(naph)(3) = 5.0 x 10(-3) mol/L, [NPMI] = [MAn] = 2.25 x 10(-1) mol/L, [St] = 4.5 x 10(-1) mol/L, Al/Nd = 6, 50degreesC; 2 h. The terpolymer was primarily characterized by FT-IR, NMR and thermal analysis. The terpolymer was shown to have high thermal stability.
