摘　　要：对聚羟基乙酸及其共聚物的合成方法 ,生物降解性 ,生物相容性 ,力学性能 ,共聚改性等方面的研究进展做了综述 。This review focuses on the recent studies and development of the preparations of polyglycolide(PGA) and ester-ester and ester-ether copolymers, of the biodegradability, the biocompatibility and the mechanical properties of the bio-polymers. The medical applications of those biodegradable materials and prospects of polyglycolide are also discussed.
