摘 要:利用溶胶 -凝胶 ( Sol-gel)技术制备了混合烷基开管毛细管电色谱柱 ( C8-C13OT-CEC) ,并考察了其电渗流行为和电色谱性能。研究了流动相中甲醇含量对芳香族中性化合物保留的影响 ,发现 C8-C13 OT-CEC柱体现反相分配机理。5种芳香族化合物和 4种苯同系物在 C8-C13 OT-CEC柱上分离良好。同时还考察了分离电压和柱内径对柱效的影响 。Sol-gel method was used for the fabrication of open tubular columns with mixed alkyl group (C 8-C 13) stationary phase for capillary electrochromatography. Following the column preparation, the electroosmotic flow behavior and the electrochromatography performance were investigated. The effect of methanol content in the mobile phase on the capacity factors of neutral aromatic solutes was studied. The result shows that the separation mechanism in C 8-C 13 OTCEC is based on reversed-phase partitioning. The separations of five aromatic solutes and four benzene derivatives were achieved on the C 8-C 13 OT-CEC column. The column efficiencies for toluene and fluroene were 180 000/m and 130 000/m, respectively. The influences of the run voltage and column inner diameter on the column efficiency were also studied. It is found that the higher voltage and the narrower column inner diameter are helpful to the improvement of the column efficiency.
