摘 要:在H2 SO4 NH4 OAc(pH 3.5 )溶液中 ,巯基乙酸有一灵敏的还原波。当使用单扫描极谱法时 ,其二阶导数峰电位位于 - 0 .32 0V(vs .SCE)。用直流极谱法、单扫描极谱法和循环伏安法研究了该体系的极谱行为和电极反应机理。试验表明 ,当使用单扫描极谱法时 ,该体系属于有吸附性的准可逆过程 ,测得电极反应电子转移数n =1,H+ 反应数n′ =1。用单扫描极谱法可测定巯基乙酸 ,测定的线性范围为 0 .0 4~ 2 .0mg·L- 1。该方法用于冷烫液中巯基乙酸的测定 。A sensitive reductive wave of thioglycollic acid was observed in a H 2SO 4 NH 4OAc buffer medium of pH 3.5. The 2nd derivative peak potential found by the single scanning polarography was -0.320V( vs. SCE). The polarographic behavior and the mechanism of the electrode reaction were studied by direct current polarography. Single scanning polarography and cyclic voltammetry. The property of adsorptive quasi reversible process of this electrode reaction system was recognized by the result obtained through the single scanning polarographic study. The number of electron transfer was found to be 1, and the number of H + involved in the reaction was also 1. The linear relationship between the peak height and concentration of thioglycollic acid was found to be in the range of 0.04~2.0mg of thioglycollic acid per liter of solution, using the single scanning oscillopolarography. The method has been used satisfactorily in the determination of thioglycollic acid in cold forming liquid.
