红与叶绿体超微结构的比较

摘　　要：为探讨红木叶色变化与叶绿体超微结构的关系,对不同叶色时期红木及木叶绿体超微结构进行了比较.结果表明,与木相比,红木叶绿体体积减小,数量有所增多,基粒片层垛叠疏松.不同叶色时期,红木叶绿体超微结构发生变化.转绿期间,叶绿体数量减少,体积有所增大,比基粒片层数相应减少.Compared with L.Chinense, the chloroplast of L.Chinense var.rubrum leaves is smaller in size and inceases in number. And stroma lamellas become loose. In different leafcolour stages , the chloroplast ultrastructure changes a lot.When leafcolour turns green, the number of chloroplasts decreases and the size increases.The specific lamellae numbers of granum decrease correspondently.
