摘 要:将不同物化性质的HZSM-5作为甲烷无氧芳构化反应催化剂的载体,系统研究了载体性质对反应的影响.研究发现,不同硅铝物质的量比的HZSM-5担载Mo催化剂具有不同的催化反应性能,在一定硅铝物质的量比范围内,随着硅铝物质的量比的降低,HZSM-5酸量增加,甲烷无氧芳构化反应甲烷转化率提高,表明HZSM-5对该反应起酸催化作用,载体的酸性质是影响反应性能的主要因素.而HZSM-5结晶度对甲烷无氧芳构化反应影响不大.The effects of support properties on catalytic performance of Mo/HZSM5 in methane nonoxidative aromatization are studied. Catalytic performance of 6% Mo/HZSM5 catalysts with different n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3), which are characterized by XRD, XRF, NH3TPD and BET, is investigated. It is found that, the lower n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) is, the stronger the acidity of HZSM5 is and the higher the conversion rate of methane is. There is a close correlation between the activity and the acidity of HZSM5. It is suggested that HZSM5 is not only the support of catalyst, but also plays an acid catalytic role. Catalytic performance of 6% Mo/HZSM5 with the same n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) but different crystallinity is also tested. The results show that crystallinity does not significantly affect the catalytic performance. Therefore, the catalytic performance of Mo/HZSM5 for methane nonoxidative aromatization doesn′t mainly depend on crystallinity, but acidity of support.
