摘　　要：在分析DNC通信技术的基础上,提出了一种新型的基于以太网和TCP/IP的DNC通信技术.该技术通过TCP/IP/RS232串口服务器实现了数控机床和以太网的连接.这种通信方法具有速度高、兼容性好和成本低等优点.利用这种技术建立的DNC系统已经应用到生产中.On the basis of analysis of communication technology of DNC system, a new communication technology which applies Ethernet and TCP/IP is presented. Connection between CNC and Ethernet is built through TCP/IP/RS232 serial server. The hardware and software structures of this new technology are described. The methods of the flow control, file end and trigger are given. This communication technology has the advantage of high speed, good compatibility and low cost. The DNC system which adopts this communication technology has already been applied to practice.
