摘　　要：本研究随机抽取河南省境内的 7所高等学校的 5 94名学生作为调查对象 ,进行了调查研究。结果表明 ,河南省高等学校中参加体育俱乐部的学生比例偏低 (10 .94% ) ;体育消费偏低 (2 0 0 0年体育消费在 5 0元以下的学生占49 33% ) ;体育活动频率和活动方式正常 ,但参加比赛和观看比赛的学生比例较低 ;体育动机以满足“身体健康”的需要为主 (84 85 % )。此外 ,调查发现学生最喜欢的项目多数学校未开设 ,而学生最不喜欢的项目却是目前学习的课程内容 ,应该受到有关部门的重视。THis investigation selects randomly 594 students of seven colleges and universities in Henan Province as its targets. The results of the survey indicate:a) the rate of joining PE clubs 10.94%; b)the rate of consymption on PEin 2000 is below; c)frequency of taking part in extracurricular PE activi ties every week and ways of taking part in PE activities are normal; d) most of moticipation is 'for good health', e) The students facorite sports items take less proportion in the PE course of the university,while items they dislike become their oblugatory course.Its concluded that the PE course cannot attract students attention.its prior to replace the content of physical education.
